My AC unit stopped working, called a few different places. Huge were the ones that could get here the quickest. Neil called when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose my issue. He was able to correct the issue and have my AC running within about 45 minutes. Very pleased from start to finish! My furnace quit working & was older. My a/c unit was extremely old & needed to be replaced as it was not energy efficient at all. John C. sold me the system & I really appreciated his no-nonsense style. He was quick to get me a quote & it was competitive. The installation crew were great!! I can't say enough about this company and it's staff. I am a disabled veteran and my furnace stopped working. I made a call and they did everything they could to work me in their busy schedule. Once the tech got into it he found that a bird had gotten into the furnace causing major problems. He suggested that the vent pipe be covered this would prevent this from happening again. I mentioned that I had chicken wire and he got it and enclosed the vent. I will be forever grateful to the technician for his help.
